Easy to do using Windows live messenger, Just sign in to ur hotmail id, Hit start on ur pc and look for remote assistance, default gateway is just the isp's way to connect, slow pages are just a bandwidth problem with the site, and port fowarding is used in many application. u have to go into ur router setting and find the virtual server tab, find what port ya want to open and bam if ya need help, just IM me, i can walk ya thru it

look at remote assistance under help and support

both you (the asisstee or assisstant) and the other user must be on the internet in order to use RA so the Gateway (Access point to the Internet) is open by default, also ask "Ask Jeeves.com"
