Which MP3 player will serve my needs and meet budget too ?

I am looking for a MP3 player with following features:
a. Be able to keep audio as well as video songs.
b. Minimum storage capacity to be 10GB.
c. Be able to hook it to my TV through normal AV cables.
d. Must have rechargeable batteries.
e. Should be low in price, as I am not looking for some show-off.

I'll second answer #1. Don't buy an Ipod: I bought a video one and I absolutely hate it. Itunes sucks, and the copy prevention measures they take are ridiculous: even if you buy the music you don't really own it.

If you don't believe me try copying a play list off your Ipod onto your PC.... or try moving songs straight to another computer... or burning songs/playlists more than 7 times.... or getting the music to play on anything but your iPod or PC... iTunes and iPods suck, and I know from experience.
