how can i conver ps2 ntsc games to pal?

i have modded ps2 how can i convert games from ntsc to palif u know a program that will be helpful

There is no program out there that can convert NTSC to PAL. You would have to buy a PS2 that plays PAL, or find an emulator for your computer that does.
