I live in the Metropolitan New Orleans area and I don't think so - not even close. They can always buy tickets. We have a saying around here in that it was easy to tell if the Saints were going to ruin the ball, 'just look to see if the running back had tears in his eyes.'
The reason is the front office sucks. The Saints have only had one general manager worth a darn (Jim Finks). The coach was Mora, Hebert at QB and Mills & Co. on defemse.
That is the last time the Saints have had a good defense and enough of an offense to give opponents a run foir their money. The defense was the key. When that man died of cancer, the Saints went down hill.
In recent times one of the dumbest moves in football was when Coach Haslett let an injured Brooks play quarterback and let Jake Delhomme sit on the bench. Would never play the guy. He had enough and went to Carolina. Enough said!

NO!

I think that they are a decent team but don't have what it takes to get to the Super Bowl, let alone win it!
