My best friend is turning 21 on Wednesday! Her culture does not allow her to drink, gamble, smoke...
Is there anything other than drinking that you can't do until you turn 21?

you cant drink, get in a casino and go to most go-go bars (unless its a completely nude gogo bar) because in most you have to buy a drink after you get in. thats pretty much all i can think of. oh and i think in some states you cant do porn or watch porn either.

You can do everything once you are 18 in my country. Most bars and clubs won't allow people underage after 11pm, I think, and they would sometimes ask for your ID if you want to buy alcohol and you look very young. But as a matter of fact you can drink, smoke, etc (but not drive) even before your 18th birthday. People who let you do so are kept responsible.
Once I saw the guard in a club refuse access to a girl who was turning 18 the next day. He studied her ID and said: 'No way. But you may come after midnight, if you wish.' She actually did come back after midnight and had a wild birthday party :)

Most groups that deal with adult topics won't accept members under the age of 21. You can't rent a car until you're 21. You can't get adult car insurance rates through Farmers until you're 21.

I don't think you can gamble at casinos-at least in some states.
