30 to 35 PSI. You can pick up caps pretty cheap, they are exchangeable with bicycle tires...

U need the Cap BECAUSE it keeps DIRT out of the Valve Stem Core witch is important because when U check the air the DIRT that is in [the stem] goes into the Tire & can cause a leaking Valve stem Core.ALSO if U don't push the stem in a little {2 release a little air} B 4 U check the AIR the Dirt that is there goes into the Pressure Guage. The Pressure that is on the outside of the TIRE is (MAX) Pressure so when the VEHICLEis TOTALLY loaded 4 it's (MAXIUM) Weight !

The cap is an optional extra, but when next visiting a tyre dealer or service station, ask for one. They shouldn't charge you anything.
Depends on the size of tyre. Try 32psi front, 30 psi rear when cold. Look in the owners manual for the recommended tyre pressure.
The optimal tyre pressure for every day driving differs when you have a load in your car. If you go one a long trip with your car full put more pressure in your tyres as this could prevent a blowout.

Dirt is the reason for the Cap. or looks. YOu can find a cap most anyplace.
Tire pressue is also frequently listed in the door panel, or owners manual. I bet you can even find it on line on Toyotas web site. (google search)
