I am concerned because the father of my two children is wanting to see my children and keep them for a short period of time. He has been in and out of jail since my oldest child was 18 months old. She is now six years old. He has only seen the youngest child about ten times. He has never paid child support. He is now claiming that when he gets out of jail next week he will start paying child support and will then have full rights to my children. He states that once he pays all restitution that the courts will award him unsupervised visitation. He gets this information, supposedly, from an attorney at the prison. How worried should I be?
