and then the new wire, if you can find it.
and make sure you don't scrape the coating
off.
remember how it came off.

As a DIY task? Forget about it. There are firms what rewind motors. It's worthwhile for larger, higher power motors.

It's a big waste of time. Just go buy a new one. It's not cost effective to do it yourself.
