Myths are not true by definition. That's what makes them a myth. If they were true they would be called the truth.

there called mith because its legendary no one really knows if its true or not all we do is go with the flow. i know we like to say ever thing has a meaning and origin but somethings are better left explain to intrigue us. so stop bothering about candy man and other miths o.k........

A MYTH is a Myths because there is no way to prove that it is true. Otherwise it would be a fact of history. Myths are the story's of folklore that have been told and retold and are either factual by coincidence actual events long ago.

the reason they call it a MYTH, is because it is a Myth...
Look up Myth darling and you will see that these are stories that are overblown, and spectacular, and godly, but all just figments of the imagination of the storyteller.
No such thing as a true myth.
