too late. i've said it in front of many anime lovers. personally, i hate it, but it doesn't bother me if others do love it.

simple answer is aniMAY although a lot of lightweight American fans fall it aniME they typically don't know enough about Japanese which is why they pronounce it that way. Lightweight and Hardcore users alike can all visit and register on http://www.anivision.us and talk about whatever. But it's also a good place to download anime

According to the japanese tongue, they say it's aniMAY...
With the word 'manga' as well. They dont say it ma-nga.. But man-ga.
For some reason, the way japanese spelling is really different with english acsen...
