Which sport requires more coaching input. The youth football team or the youth baseball team

Go with baseball... A kid can show up with a glove and be ready to go... Football requires more stuff more practice more agravation from "my kid should be quarterback parents", and less injuries.... Plus baseball you usually are playing at the same nearby field...

Neither is hard, but now I coached Tee ball and that was the hardest because parents always argue saying that their child was right when in fact it was wrong.
Tee balll was the best time for me other than that.
