If your referring to a person as a jerk, it's someone that does not think before they speak and says really stupid thing. Or a person that thinks so much of themselves that they will treat other people like dirt.

a person that doesnt want to talk to you and tries to avoid you as much as possible .that person makes you feel so small that you just want to go in the corner and cry....but that wont work that person will still be there
