Heaven and hell are both states of mind and are present in this world itself ,,,,,,,,,,,all good deeds give you a peace of mind which is heaven and all bad deeds give you tension and uneasiness equal to hell ,,,,,,,,,and the good deed and bad deed are decided by the conscientious ,,,,,,,a bad deed in the eyes of the world may be a good deed if your conscientious allows it ,,,,,,,,,so do not go against your conscientious it is what god wants you to be that is if you believe in god ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i feel this rule is also applicable to all atheist also

Yes and no. Heaven existed prior to Jesus. The rationale is that Jesus' existence reiterated heaven's existence, but he was not the reason for heaven. The only way to negotiate Jesus and heaven as being necessary to one another is to prove that Jesus is God. However, the only way to do that is to create a temporal means in which to join an infinite God with a human Jesus and this is done by establishing a holy link: the holy spirit. So, if you follow a christian religion like Catholicism, then you're straight, otherwise, too bad.

Unfortunatly You have only two options: Jesus or Evil.
Unfortunatly God can't negociate the Price for Your sins, because He pay a very high price for Your salvation.

This price was - Jesus.
