The answer is: System Restore. I'll walk you through it. Write this down or print it:
Take your cursor to the bottom left corner of your screen, a "Start" box will pop up. Click on "Start" and a menu will pop-up, on that menu click on "All Programs" which bring up a menu with "Accessories>" on it, take your cursor to "Accessories>" and that will bring up a menu with "System Tools" on it, take your cursor there and one last menu with "System Restore" will pop up. Click on "System Restore" and it will take to to the "System Restore" program. It is quite simple. What you do is follow the prompts, selecting a date (from before your computer was infected), and your computer will reset itself to that date.
A word of advice: Most windows operating system virus's are aimed at Internet explorer. I fought virus after virus. Then I downloaded Mozilla/Firefox, an alternative browser and haven't had a single virus since. Download Mozilla & then download every extension your computer will take. It is easy and works great. The only thing is that things will frequently be blocked with a bar across the bottom of your page saying "scripts denied" with an option bar. If you click on that option bar then you can "allow scripts for that page" but you use it because it keeps you clean in dirty sites (virus infected zones). One last thing, AVG Free is a great free anti-virus program. Good luck!

Aside from getting a more up-to-date antivirus, if you have system restore, I would restore your computer back to before you were infected. Then, even if the main virus file still exists on your computer, it should be inactive and the antivirus will have no problem removing it.

that's real - for the 2nd. there will be virusses contained sooner or later which would be designed to try this. on the 2nd: No. the probabilities of a virulent disease encountering a cellular telephone of a style it could infect are slender. in spite of each and every thing, desktops do no longer interface with a great style of distinctive telephones perpetually. And the computervirus might could carry a number of telephone-virusses alongside with it for each sort of telephone. does not exist. yet :)

system store may be a good idea but it some time doesnt work because you have to change some setting or it may be so old...
if it didnt work try a system registry scan progrram. it has different brands and it is not so important which one because your problem is not a very seriouse one. they work just like antiviruse. and know this your problem its not a viruse it is spftware that has changed something in your registry.
