I have started creating my web page on geocities. I have 3 pages to link up together. How do I do it so everyone can view all the pages? I have figured out the html language and how to upload and add pictures. I just can't figure out how to make them all work together.

use front page , i understand ur problem it is so easy! open front page and u will combine all of the things to gether, link below check it out if it doesnot work contact me on my yahoo id add me in ur id i wil tell u its too lengthy,

Can't do it with vanilla straight HTML + JavaScript; except having JavaScript calling popup for it.
You need JSP, ASP... etc for it, unless you are talking about HTML
