all the time. my friends complain cos they don't have all they want, then they turn to me and start saying "and you! how f*cking great is your life! you've got everything you've always wanted!" and just reply "yes, but it took a while of my life to come together." example, my computer 5 YEARS i waited for it. never pushing and never asking, just waiting. but it's mainly at xmas where i'm up at 6:30 am with my brother and can say "my life is great and all cos my mum and dad give up things they want for me and my brother.
