in whcih country can I get Master Degree in English Literature but cheap ?

I want to study in master level , and I have Bachleor degree in English Literature , but the cost in Europ is very high and I have heard of some Asian countries like India and Malaysia . I am not sure how good are they and how much the cost is there and how I can apply for Master degree.

I would think that you could find some good Masters programs in India and Malaysia, as someone else here said. You'll first need to find out the reputations of the universities in the countries you're considering. You can start with Google, but it would be best if you could talk to some people who are familiar with higher education in the countries you want to go to. Through their suggestions of other contacts, you can keep going until you can gather enough information to make a decision. You can probably find out about fees on Google, but reputation and quality are better evaluated by talking to people. I don't know of a web site that has such evaluations, but they might exist.
