Well the question is subjective, but Benicio Del Toro does have an oscar to his name (2001, Traffic) and Antonio does not.

Antonio. He appears effortless in his roles...as if he is being himself. While Benicio seems the actor playing a role....Antonio seems to 'be' the charactor he plays.
