Never knew.
Prison rape has always been occurring, but hmm. . . in life outside of prison, maybe because some men think that taking it out on other men will be less risky because men tend to not report these kinds of things? Issues with the macho image and being a victim of rape, losing respect from other men because they submitted to another man, etc.
Tsk, tsk. That's sad, though.

Unfortunately it happens in prisons all the time but because they are prisoners no one really cares or does anything about it, human rights seem not to extend that far!!!

Your link does not support your statistics and is not valid in comparing prison rape to rape outside of a penal facility.Out side of prison, more women are raped than men.My links verify MY statistics.
