They like boobs and are easily distracted.
And it is a possibility that they are not interested in what you're saying. I'm not saying that is your problem, maybe you're talking to the wrong men.
I am presuming you dont walk round with them hanging out, but the people who said you should cover up or wear a minimizer bra - they're wrong. You are a woman and you have boobs, you shouldnt have to hide yourself because mens brains are in their pants and they stare at them.
There are better men who wont stare at them so just dont give the ones who do any of your time.

Men seem to have a facination with boobs and arses. Men stare at my boobs because they are so big. Be proud of your boobs!

As with other answers, no picture means guess work.
I saw a program on this once where people had monitors connected to see where they looked. Men look at Face, Bust, crotch in that order, Women go face, crotch..
Given the number of people that were tested, I'd say it was hard-wired in. As to why, who really knows. I'm male and I know I look, I just love boobs.

Men are naturally attracted to body parts that have that shape and curve. It is the same reason that men are probably always looking at your butt. I am not trying to be crude. Men are stimulated sexually by images. When they see a sexually attractive woman or even part of a woman, hormones are released in thier brains that give them a small amount of pleasure. Thus when they look at your bobos, as you call them, they are recieving happy signals from thier brains.

B"coz it is a basic human instinct to get attracted to the opposite sex.The stare may be of different varieties too incidental ,accidental,abusive,villainous,and so on.The dress also carries a remark of one"s personality .

We like them I`am not tring to be crude here but woman carry the things that most of us guys like I admit some of us need to use more restaints with our eyes I think its the age because I`qam not afraid to look a woman in her eyes I like them to hope

you know what? I dont know. Honestly, I dont know. I could lie and say, "Because they are so close to your heart, and your heart is what's most important to me......" but B.S. aside, I cant speak for all men, but I love boobs. I love hearing women talk about any part of their bodies, and the items of clothes that covers them up. I'm sorry, but its true.
I guess because if it wasnt so taboo, then maybe it wouldnt be such a big deal to us.
So ladies, start talking more about your boob sizes and your panties and such, and us men will agree to not make such a big deal about them! I think ALL men will agree to that.

t's not because we are pervert's as a lot of you girl's think it is just the natural animal in us it is just our instinct to look. it's also the male hormone and how can we help it the way a lot of the girls dress today you can not say you dont like to be looked at because they would not dress in that way otherwise... but you must be flattered at some point to be looked at.
