Talk to your doctor or a nutritionist that specializes in this. I would take suggestions on here but make sure to double check cause you are talking about the health of your baby here so I would want to make sure. I did see on one or two sites that eating raw pineapple can cause a miscarriage however. Then I saw that it is a myth and used to be an old wives tale that you couldn't eat it in your first trimester and that it is safe. Overall after reading it seems that it may soften your cervix a bit but that it is safe. From the sites I saw, the aloe vera juice may not be safe and I would stop drinking it until you ask your gyn or dr.

See these sites for that topic:

I read that Aloe Vera can negatively effect healing which I thought was strange but I read that here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aloe

Another site says it is healthy but this one says no cause it can cause uterine contractions:
Taking aloe by mouth should be avoided during pregnancy, because of the possibility of causing uterine contractions. Traditionally, it is believed that oral use of aloe leaves during breast-feeding should be avoided, although there is not enough scientific information in this area
and another says this:
Aloe vera juice requires much more caution and should not intentionally be ingested at all. In 2002 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ruled that aloe laxatives in over-the-counter drug products are not safe. In general, it's best to avoid any type of laxative unless a doctor recommends it, and you should not take any laxative that stimulates the colon for more than one or two weeks

However, on the first site I listed below, it tells you things by trimester and all of them say that fruits are good to eat though it does not mention specific ones.
:o)
That said - here are some food that are on the do not eat list:
What not to eat when you are pregnant:

-Raw Meats and Seafood including sushi - all uncooked and rare meats and seafood should be avoided due to high risk of listeria and salmonella poisoning.
-Deli meats including hot dogs - these deli meats might be contaminated with listeria bacteria which may result in miscarriage or even a stillbirth. It's safe to eat deli meats if you reheat them until steaming hot.
-Refrigerated smoked seafood - for the same reason of listeria contamination. It is safe if they are contained in cooked dishes. \
-Canned and shelf-stable versions are safe to eat.
-Raw eggs - raw eggs may contain salmonella.
-Some Caesar -salad dressings, mayonnaise, homemade ice cream and custards as well as Hollandaise sauces may be made with raw eggs. It is best to check with your server in a restaurant; if in doubt, it is best to avoid it. In addition, unpasteurized eggnog should be avoided.
**Fish high in mercury - avoid high-mercury fish such as Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel and Tilefish. Also limit fish intake to no more than 2 servings per week.
-Soft cheese - avoid the following soft cheeses: Feta, Brie, and Camembert cheeses, blue-veined cheeses, queso blanco, queso fresco and Panela. They are safe to eat if they are labelled pasteurized.
-Refrigerated pâtes or meat spreads - for the same reason of listeria contamination. It is safe to eat the canned or shelf-stable versions.
-Liver - liver is a rich source of iron. However it contains a high level of Vitamin A. Large amounts of Vitamin A can be harmful to the baby.
-Unpasteurized milk and juices
-Alcohol

I read a lot of books and asked several DRs about foods can/'t eat during my pregnancy. I've NEVER heard anything about this. I can tell you for sure that apricots, plums, and nectarines are safe to eat during pregnancy. (not sure about aloe vera juice?) The things you should not eat: uncooked meats and fish, poorly cooked food, deli meat (b/c some weird bacteria), hot dogs, too much caffeine, and foods with empty calories (chips, etc.).

You will hear so many different myths about what to do and not to do it's pathetic. What I did was I had a notebook and I would write down all my questions that I thought, heard, etc. and I'd ask my physician. That's the best advice I can give you. You can also check out the women infant children website. Just type in wic.com. Some helpful books while pregnant are: "Your Pregnacy Week by Week" (4th Edition) Authors: Glade Curtis, M.D., OB/gyn and Judith Schukerm M.S. this book was wonderful for me it shows the size of your baby week by week and it gives HELPFUL HINTS for mom and dad. God Bless Your Pregnacy!

Where did you hear that you cannot eat pineapple? Please email me because i have never heard this. I dont' know about things that you are not supposed to have other than caffeine and alcohol and any prescription, recreational, or OTC drug. but for good pregnancy diet, go to www.todaysparent.com and click on the pregnancy and birth section on the left and scroll down to the list of pregnancy tools. One of them is a "prenatal nutrition guide" Sorry i can't give you a direct link, because i am having trouble with my internet and popups.

Get the book What tt Expect When You're Expecting. it will answer al those questions you want answers for. and you can eat all fruit while pregnant that you did before getting pregnant. In fact, the only things you shouldn't use are meds not prescribed by your doctor after he/she learnde you were pregnant. alcohol, and drugs. Good luck. Oh, and don't use castor oil to relieve constipation

the aloe i dont know about but your doctor should have given you information on what to eat, simply eat a balanced diet, veggies, fruits , dairy, whole grains and lean meats. no booze, no pills the doctor doesnt say are ok, and no illegal drugs, dont smoke. and limit your salt intake, strangely enough beets and celery are high in salt.

Talk to your doc, dont listen to anyone who is not qualified- you're playin for keeps now! Plus i found during my pregnancy that your body will generally tell you whats a good idea and whats not. Try ginger extract herbal tablets if you start getting morning sickness- it can do wonders
