If all the women are free from HIV infection as per Test Reports, some of them might still have received the virus from previous sex relations which did not show in the report, being in the incubation period, since such women offer themselves to anybody for sex. Hence, you cannot say for sure you will escape the infection if you do not use condoms during the act. However, please note that condoms too cannot give you 100% protection since they may rupture/get punctured or the sexual secretion of the women may drip and reach some open/scratched skin around your private parts. Hence don't go for variety in sex. May God bless you!

if he knows without question that none of them ever were exposed to hiv, then he has no chance of getting it, but no one tells the truth about who they have been with, and lots of people dont know if they are exposed till years later. so no its not safe anyway.

if is 100% sure that none of them had HIV then he won't have HIV to transmit to you
but it has to be 100 %, you can get tested if you are unsure

It depends on if they were infected or not. Don't forget about good old HPV, also.
