go to the control panel-add remove programs...and remove all the programs that u dont need including "whatUneed" and "whatUsave"....go to download.com and download
ad-aware...it's software that deletes all the spyware and adware from ur pc... type ad-aware in the serch box...it should be first one on the list...install it....run it once everyday and run disk difragmenter and disk clean-up once a day as well....go to start- accecarries-system tools-disk difragmenter.....run these three things once a day...u will never have a problem

install pop up blocker. I recommand yahoo tool bar which is best of all.

get norton systemworks 2006 premier pack it has got everything you need for your computer... most pop ups have virus and will damage your beloved computer... go get it before its too late
