Actually pregnancy occurs due to the fertilisation of male & female gamates so it doesnt matter at all how much semen is required even if a single sperm penetrates the ovum then pregnancy is almost sure.

well I read this conceotion book that said after having sex you shoul lay in the bed and prop a pillow under your legs to help those little sperm down. It also said oozing semen can decrease chances because there is sperm there but many men are very fertile so I would not freak out if you are trying!

Semen may come out but sperm will go in which ultimately matters in pregnancy. Semen are supposed to come out after some time anyway as it cannot be absorbed there.

if there is semen any where near the vagina pregnancy can occur. If this is unwanted than they have wonderful birth control methods. Condoms are a good place to get started.

Considering there are millions in a shot and they live up to 3 days it shouldn't make a difference unless the man's sperm count is low and there aren't many viable. Only a doctor can determine this.

No, it doesn't. It is only ONE healthy sperm is needed to get through the egg to be fertilised among the MILLIONS of sperms released inside you.
