I think it is absolutely barbaric and serves no purpose whatsoever. I feel the same way about the running of the bulls.

Absolutely useless and idiotic.

Most the time you get the bull, but once in a while the bull gets you. I like it, see what happens when your dinner fights back. Most of use wear leather shoes or eat chicken or beef everyday, so there should be no problem with it, either way the bull is going to become a steak, so at least this way he gets to fight back. I hate all the p.e.t.a people who complain about how cruel it is to treat an animal like that, but they don't mind eating a big old burger or wearing a fur or leather coat. Where do you think a lot of your household products come from, that's right animals. When the cows have taken over the planet please let me know, but until then toro, toro ,toro..............

bullfighting is a form of a sport or entertainment. whichever, it is an effort to preserve its ancient practice but with a more rational approach. much like outright murder for a murderer, which is now transformed to death by lethal injection. its a moral question that has to be resolved.

It is sick, and shows once again how hypocritical this world is. On one hand we pretend to be aware of each single crime made on animals, on the other hand we allow this massacre, and some people are enjoying this slow, painful, killing of a desperate animal, as nothing else in their life. As they are enjoying meat, fur, leather and all the other nice things...from animals or tested on animals.

Humans are monsters.

While I have not witnessed such an event, two of my friends who have visited Spain have described it to me. I would have to say that it seems cruel.
