First sign is a missed period. Then call your doctor unless you want to try a home pregnant test. But don't bother until your first missed period. Good luck!

waiting for a missed period is so hard. A blood test will tell you much sooner. Basically a week after conception! If you cant wait do that, or just watch for symptoms! good luck!
