So i have been dating this guy for almost two years, and lately his ex has been coming around alot. She has been causing alot of probs with me, i already had her arrested for harassment, but the girl doesnt back off, just recently another of his exes started coming around doing the same thing, my hunny told them to back off, but i guess they thought that he meant to leave just him alone or they were being bitches, because they still harass me, now they come to my work place, anyone have any advise on how to deal with these little witches?? i would appreciate it

I am a law student and I also work at a law firm. Best thing to do is first, threaten to go to the police. If they continue, GO TO THE POLICE and put your complaint in writing. The reason for that is, if and when something bad happens (either they hurt you physically or try to do something to your property) the police will have something on file that they will have reason to believe it was them. Second, have someone you know who is in the legal field write whats called a "demand letter." This is just a letter using big legal words saying "you must cease any and all illegal activity (such as harassment) immediatly or be subject to legal action resulting in monetary damages paid for your pain and suffering." If that doesnt scare her, then you need to let your man interfere one more time and give one last plea to back off. If that doesnt work, and sh*t STILL hits the fan, go for the law suit and an injunction because that ***** has no reason to harrass you at your place of work. If she does show up to your work tell your boss to call the police and have her trespassed. If she is not there for the intended purpose of your business, she has not business being there. Simple as that! Hope that helps and hope you and your man live happily ever after (without jealous women getting in the way).

Best of luck.

P.S. This is not legal advice, my advice is always talk to an attorney before making any legal decisions.

Get restraining orders against both of them because by doing that, they can go to jail each time they contact you or try to and you find out about it...The thing is, they wouldn't be doing all this if something wasn't up with your man. I can see if your relationship was fresh, but it's 2 years old now and so there should be no reason why this new girl is coming out of the woodwork unless something recently happened to give her hope that there might be a future between her and your guy.

I don't understand why you have to deal with them in the first place. You say he told them to back off, that's it, that's all he did? Listen sweetheart you need to take care of yourself because it seems to me like your boyfriend is leaving you to the wolves. He is supposed to be protecting you, these women are his responsibility not yours. Make it clear to him to shape up or ship out. Think about it do you really need this kind of problem in your life? Far as I see it, this is a serious issue and it can only get worse.

Here are some suggestions: Give them death threats, egg their car, slash their tires, or find out where they work and make a phone call to place a complaint against them. Make up something.

This situation can always esculate to a even more serious situation from what you describe. Is this guy really worth it? If so get ready to get slapped, beat up, have your possesions vandelized, and continuous harrassed.
