Quite a few big names seem to be the best. But I would place my bet on Transworks. Very few would consider it since not much of it was known in recent years.
But recently, this Birla Company acquired a Canadian company and looks aggressive in years to come.
Growth of the company will accelerate and in time to come, it will be a formidable player.
Genpact, WNS still continue to be the big guns. They are the best no doubt. But lets look at the future. A quick google search indicates Transworks is just equipping its armoury, building up its stealth capabilities and could surprise everyone.
Other favourites are HCL BPO, Infosys BPO and Wipro. Watch out for them too.

An equal relevant question could also arise about your "best suitability" by the best BPO to hire you!
Be a practical person and strive to improve with experience and passage of time. With your "best" contribution also, you can make an employer better, if not the best.
