What are orbs and what if you have pics of them in your house?

I've heard of orbs, never really believed in them before (poltergeists, whatever, are a bunch of crap to me), but recently I have pictures of 5 "orbs". 3 are in our house, two around our little girl at the grocery store. What are these? Please share all because I have NO CLUE as to anything relating to orbs.

I have no idea if they're really orbs. It's a digital camera we use. They're round circles of turqoise, red and white or similar colors. They don't look like reflections. The idea of orbs is only cuz my husband met some orb nut who was showing him similar pics of "orbs".

Most of them are dust or moisture in the atmosphere, or on the camera lens. On the other hand, some are considered to be examples of spiritual energy. There's some good sites that show the differences, do a google search on camera orbs and see what you get.

orbs are ghosts - you are being haunted - try placing a tape recorder in the room where the orbs are seen to try to pick up voices

Have you ever heard of the expression "Great Balls of Fire"? Well they really exist - I have seen one in my house before. It is a ball of electricity - and I believe if you touch them you can actually be electrocuted. It is some kind of natural phenomena.
