Until you get it exchanged into U.S. dollars, it is nearly worthless. It can't be spent anywhere, not even at the airports.
If you are asking what the current exchange rate is, I suggest you go to a website that keeps track of such things.

One hundred dollars in Germany is worth exactly one hundred dollars in the United States. The more relevant question is what is the Euro, or the Japanese yen, or the Korean won, or the Saudi Arabian riyal, worth in terms of dollars? There is too long a list of such currencies to include here, and the rates change from time to time. The rates are published in newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal.

Germany's currency is the Euro
1 US Dollar = 0.77936 Euro
1 Euro (EUR) = 1.28311 US Dollar (USD)
You buy 1 US Dollar : 0.77936 Euro
You sell 1 US Dollar : 0.77875 Euro
You buy 1 Euro : 1.28311 US Dollar
You sell 1 Euro : 1.28411 US Dollar
so 100 euros is 128 dollars

I hope it will still be worth $100 when you get back to the US, but with democrats having a chance of getting elected it would be best to stay in Germany and convert it to Euro's.
Here's a link to a handy money converter.

100 bucks right now is worth 77.924 euros.
Exchange rates are a living financial market. On top of that, just because something is the going rate, does not mean that your hotel or credit cardis going to use the same conversions.
