I would go see a divorce lawyer asap and found out what the laws are to divorce in your state. If you signed a pre-nup you should not lose anything and if you didn't they are entiled to at least 50 percent of your property such as home, car, and income. Most states require you to be married around 5 yrs are longer for them to be entilted to anything...

Do you have a more direct question about this? You may not lose everything. A lot of how the divorce will go depends on her willingness to settle things like an adult. This is assuming that she is going to go through with the divorce. I have been through this with an unwilling spouce and had to hire an attourney. In the end it turned out ok.

Well in all honesty, if she wants a divorce, she's going to get it. In this day and age divorce is as easy as ordering a cup of coffee. However, you are not going to lose everything unless you've signed a prenup. And if that's the case, you'll pretty much get your clothes and a few pictures.

i in my view do no longer agree. A companion's opposite intercourse pal must be their companion. With all the infidelity increasing between couples, i've got self assurance we don't ought to characteristic extra hearth to the timber. There are limits whilst it includes relationships. I have confidence my husband yet does no longer approve of serving him a possibility on a silver platter with the help of asserting its o.ok. that he is going to the action picture with a woman pal. i need to be previous formed and maybe in the back of interior the hot thought of marriage, yet married some years packed with appreciate and love i will in user-friendly terms talk for myself.
