Make sure you drink lots of water in order to re-hydrate your self. Maybe try a heating pad on your belly. You probably just have a stomach flu so go easy on solid foods right now. If you double over in that much pain then you should seek emergency help at your local hospital in case it's more than the flu. Hope you feel better soon!

Forget milk or vinegar! Try a little baking soda in water or a clear carbonated beverage. Sometimes that can help neutralize acidic stomach. You may have flu, so just stay in bed and keep hydrated and sip some warm tea. If you have a fever or vomit, get thee to a Dr.
Hope you feel better soon.

Cinnamon will often stop diarrhea, as will burnt toast. (My aunt was a nurse and she actually used this remedy at the hospital where she worked.) The acidophilus in yogurt will also help restore your stomach to its natural balance. As others have said, stay hydrated. Try sipping some apple juice as this is not as acidic as say orange juice and will set better on your stomach than just water. I hope you feel better soon.

If you start sweating or puking - rush to ER. You may have a bladder infection. If you start sweating, take tylenol and go to ER. Now, this may seem like a perverse question, but I swear it's not.
Are you having your monthly friend? If so, did you use your normal brand stuff? If not, you could also be having shock symptoms. Many ladies don't realize how often this occurs. It's hard to tell online. If pain is worse, and you get sweats or start puking, go to ER.

try coke syrup or a peppermint. The coke syrup can be bought over the counter at a pharmacy. Or u can take a coke and open it, let it go flat then drink over ice. Just sip it. peppermint candy is great for a upset belly. Also chamomile tea. Hope it helps.

You are suffering from food poison.
Take a small piece of ginger and grind it. Add two to three glasses of water and make it warm.
Take a glass of lukewarm decoction and add 1/2 to one spoon lemon juice. If you add 2 spoons honey it is good. Take this mixture frequently so that you will get energy and avoid dehydration. Only honey water also can do well.

You're biggest priority right now is to stay hydrated. Try drinking milk or apple juice. If you can stand to eat something, try a high fiber snack, like Triscuits or fruit/vegetables. You might have food poisoning, which means you'll probably just have to wait it out. Good luck.

Do you have any Midol around the house? If so, take some.
I drink mint tea. I also heard a spoonful of vinegar does the trick.
Feel Better! xoxo
