I don't but I believe its A an octave lower than the 5th string.
Why a 7 string? Theres only a few people I can think of who play one, all jazz guitarists. They are Charlie Hunter, Bucky Pizzarelli, and, I think, George Van Epps.

If the normal six strings are tuned to standard, then it is B.

Definitely B. That's what us bass players have on our five strings.

A -probably --strum it & you should be able to tell if it sounds right
