I know that women arent solely guilty of this but I just cant understand why women would rather cheat and be found out rather than just moving on to who they really want to be with.

There are lots of reasons why wives cheat....but the reasons why they cheat instead of leaving first usually involve kids and/or finances.

I think some people that cheat, really want to be with the person their with but when their relationship it a ruff patch the seek love and affection for someone else instead of talking things out with the person their in a relationship.

I would like to know the same thing about a guy, but i'm a girl and i don't believe in cheating, its just too heartbreaking, and i don't wanna put anyone in that kind of pain. But the people who do cheat, Maybe they like the drama.

Could be because they aren't sure if they are with the one they want to be with so she cheats
only to find out that the new guy just doesn't make her as happy as the husband so she knows it's best not to loose her husband just because she was unsure of what she wanted.

I have never cheated on my husband, but those who do are just selfish. I know someone who does it all the time. Remember that those are people you shouldn't even keep as friends, because if they can do that to the person they claim to love, imagine what they can do to those they don't.

Usually, the spouse who does this cannot completely end the relationship for some big reasons i.e. money, children, pre-nups.
