I called my ex to find out what was going on we came to the conclusion my 5yr old maybe the dad of that boy was saying mean things to try to hurt me,. Long story short, I reported(the mother of all 5kids)to the dept. of family children, police and got the kids to counseling. Child protection services is probably the right way to go, as you did. See if you can get counselling or therapy for all of your children, not just the three boys, as well as yourself. Make sure that you pick a therapist who will be open and non-judgemental, and who is experienced in familes, children, and sexual assault. If money is tight, look into pay-what-you-can clinics and state supported clinics. Talk to a social worker with child protection services about what they suggest too.

At the very worst, to protect your younger children from your older son, you may be able to petition the state to lose custody of the older children, however this may risk your and your husband's custody of your younger children and also will not protect your older daughter.

Best wishes.

Your use of the english language is so garbled, it is extremely difficult to understand what you are trying to say, so, I am unable to offer you any advice because I can't understand you. It sounds like your entire family situation is about that same way too...
