Your roses seem to show hunger signs.Roses need plenty of organic fertilizer, like compost or mushroom manure as winter mulch. From August on use only Potash to strengthen the canes. End of October cut canes down to about 20" leaving only the strongest canes.Do not cut the canes of Climbers. Keep these horizontal to encourage flower buds.

A good rule of thumb on roses always prune back Feb. l4th also roses need dirt added around the bottom and it tends ro wash away, so add a scoop of dirt to keep a mound around the bottom. cut back or break off roses after they have bloomed this keeps them growing and getting bigger.
