lost our nephew at two yr.
2 from same building in minn. then one from colorado
too too sad....

That is sad. The fact that widows are not kept closed and that the screens are not very strong and toddlers push them out. My husband is the one who could look at a house and immediately find anything the children could be harmed on and remove it or fix it. Some people just have the knack for checking things out. You would think if it was the same building that they would reinforce the screens on the windows. Most commercial buildings do not allow for the window on the upper stores to open more then a few inches. If you need to climb out the window in an emergency you have to break it and lay a blanket over the glass edge.

i know! i heard on the news that this 4 yr old fell out of a 15 story building and his life was saved because he fell on a bush! im srry bout ur nephew.

It really does change a lot of lives when that happens to a little one. I hoped after all the publicity about Eric Clapton's son that everyone would be more vigilant these days.

i am a granmother and children have always had awful accidents children beleive it or not have to be watched 24/7 as they do not see danger just fun,
