im a basketball player tryin to jump higher. im think bout jumpsoles but there r so many good and bad reviews of it. jus wondering what u ppl can tell me bout it. thx.

i heard they work, but just don't get too crazy with them. what else might work, and prolly be cheaper is get some 5 lb ankle weights for each leg. I used the living crap out of those things in middle school by just jumping up and down for reps of 5 mins or less. Just make sure when you use the ankle weights that you land properly and that your knees don't twist when landing. Don't play basketball while wearing them either, just workout with them. I stopped using them after middle school, but my jumping is pretty amazing now. I'm 6 ft 1 inch with shoes on and can dunk a basketball pretty easy off of two legs and i'm really close to getting off of one. Also, stretch your fingers out as much as you can, having a frim grip on the ball can only help once you start jumping higher.

Bad and useless; as it lower your sense of balance and you'll misjudge its effectiveness when you land after a jump.
