OK, so my first ex& I still like each other, (not together yet...!) so I asked my best guy-friend to ask my ex if he's ever gonna ask me out (cuse' I can't ask HIM- I'm 2 much of a wimp!!!) And he did- and he said that the answer my ex said was "Heck- NO". So I was rejected- OK... But here's the weird thing- my ex still acts like he likes me (like talks 2 me alone, ask for my #, etc.) and I still like him (I don't know why!!!)... I asked my guy-friend if he lied about what my ex said, and he said, "No- why would your BFF (best-friend-4ever) ever do that???" But I don't get it- who's liying??? SOMEONE has to be, cuse' it doesn't make sense!!! WHO DO YOU THINK IS LIYING???

your ex, your best friend ususally will not lie to you, and your ex will, he tell everyone else either yes or no, and then tell you that they are lying, i watch him (your ex) . I'd trust my bf before a ex

There is only one way to find out and you have to do this yourself. Ask you ex if there's any chance of the two of you getting back together. That way you will get the answer your looking for. If the answer is no, then ask your best friend if he thinks there is any chance of you two ever becoming an item. Go for it girlfriend, don't be a wimp. If his answer is no, then you can find yourself a boyfriend who will accept your best friend hanging out with you both now and then. Good luck. Just do it. Put your mind at ease. I wouldn't call either one a liar until you find out for yourself.

Sounds to me like your best friend has a crush on you... but I don't know the whole situation... you pretty much have to figure it out for yourself and that might mean growing some balls and asking your ex if he sees anything in the future for the two of you besides a friendship. That's probably going to be the only way to find our for sure... It's hard, but it's worth it when you know the truth.

Yeah I would think that your best guy friend is
terribly jealous of your ex and couldn't stand to see the two of you back together.Trust me when I say this most guys won't be a girls friend unless they are desperate to be her boyfriend someday.Your guy friend most likely never even spoke with your ex.So he would
be the liar.

i think your bff is lying coz he likes you also. don't say it doesn't make sense coz it is.... your bff is fooling you so you will not be expecting something from your ex and therefore you will only care about him! how would you know who's lying? talk to them both face to face, i mean the 3 of you and ask all the questions you want to ask! goodluck!

Your guy friend, because he probably likes you. Never let a guy friend do your job when it comes to guys. Never let a girl friend do your job when it comes to guys. Do it yourself.
