This is ridiculous. Anything that gets as far as the lungs cannot be coughed up. The lungs are not hollow bags of air. And even if this were possible, how would the spiders know which tissue is cancerous?

Dear Ndugu,
I hope you are sitting down for this, Helen, your adopted mother, is dead. But look at me rambling on, you probably wanna cash that check and get yourself something to eat.
p.s. totally works, i took up smoking just to cure the oncoming cancer with spiders. Soon chemo will be only for arachnophobics

No. no longer real. Schaefer progressed a wellbeing rep, considering that's created from corn, and while those with a gluten intolerance drank it, their bowels cleared up like magic. Schaefer could desire to sell it contained in the beer snobs face. "Gluten loose, and not filtered by a horse!' like each and every those hyper high priced, skunky beers the beer snobs drink, and picture skunky is sweet.
