Alcohol is a "depressant".
In the proper doses, It alters your brain chemistry.
The affects of this can vary widely among people.
I'm happy to hear you get a case of the silly's!!!
Some people, who are normally very nice, become jerks, or
even worse, violent.
Or the complete opposite!!!
People who are normally shy... become the "life of the party"!!
(Often with embarrassing results....!!!!!)
This manly depends on your consumption, weight, and the amount of time between "drinks".

alcohol limits the amount of oxygen your brain receives from your blood stream which is what makes you drunk...moderation id the key to life

Because of ethanol, which has ether in it. Ether is the same stuff that doctors and dentists use as anesthetics. It makes you lose your inhibitions.

It just makes so like that. Don't drink to much. I did last night and felt like crap this morning. It reminded me why I don't drink.
