hitler caused the holocaust but Idi Amin ate babies

so Ill go with Amin

btw Vlad wasn't a bad guy

He wasa given the title "defender of the faith" which is part of how he became known as dracula, they called him "Dragul" which means dragon because of the ferocity with which he kept the muslim invaders at bay throughout his lifetime, sure he made fences out of the vanquished but he was A: conserving resources and B: conducting psychological warfare

of course there was the time that 2 emissaries woldnt remove their hats in front of him as it wasnt their custom so he had their hats nailed to their heads...but that just gives him some color....honestly he wasnt much worse than anyone else at the time or for hundreds of years in either direction (remember witch burnings and the spanish inquisition?)

Hands down Adolf Hitler. Due to the much larger scale of death and grip he had on his country. By surrounding himself with people like Josef Mengele and Joseph Goebbels He was able to put such true fear in to the heart of the world not just his own country.

They were both bad, but in my opinion the worst was Vlad the Impaler, especially since his name was chosen as the one that is generally used for Dracula. His original name was Vlad Tepes.
