I assume your talking about the ol' missionary position. This is one of only many possible positions. Like anything else, it has its pluses and minuses. Equality occurs when they the people involved agree to partake in it. Personally, I think you should do what the lady wants, but that is me.

I think it is equal, to spice things up switch potions when "doing the deed" or attack him in a sexual way when he's not expecting it then you will be 1 above him
