Wasn't someones wife a psychic or something? Caesar's wife had a prophetic dream. Other than that, I don't know Shakespeare's direct affiliation with the supernatural.

Shakespear used supernatural elements in his novel Julius Caesar a lot. From the very beginning of the novel there were supernatural elements.
1. Bad dreams and ill omens: Calpurnia had premonition of Caesae's murder. Calpurnia saw in her dream that the statue of Caesar was bleeding and Romans were washing there hands in that blood. The night preceding Caesar's murder was stormy & it was shedding blood and fire. A lioness was seen roaming in the streets. The graves opened & threw out the dead bodies buried in them. The clouds drenched the capitol with rains of blood.
2. Prophecies: The soothsayer warned Julius Caesar, 'Beware of the Ides of March'. The priests also told Caesar that the day was not good for him.
3. Superstions: Caesar had no child so he asked his wife Calpurnia to stand near course of Antony's race so that her bareness could be shake off.
4. Ghost of Julius Caesar: Brutus saw the ghost of Caesar once at Sardis and the second time at Philippi. Brutus felt presence of Caesar's ghost when Cassius died.

There was an oracle that told Caeser about the "Ides of March". I'm not sure if that's what you wanted reference to though.
Also, Hamlet's father comes back as a ghost and Macbeth sees his hands covered in blood before he kills the king. Shakespeare's tragedies have a lot of supernatural elements in them.
