A bra doesn't reduce your breast size. You are growing and so are your breast and will continue to grow for another five or six years. There is no need to do any thing to them until they stop growing if you want them reduced. If you reduce them now they will grow back and you will have to do it all over again. Just wait and see what happens. What size are they by the way?

Lower your fat intake. Start exercising and reading labels on the foods you eat. Seafood is good and skinless chicken.Go to a good book store. Find a good cook book with low fat diet and there is a book... look in the nutritional reference area and it is a paperback book that list all types of foods and break down their nutritional value. There a various types of fats. You will not believe where you will find cholesterol. Best of all work with a nutritionist. I have they are great.

Low fat diet with fish oil supplements. Remove egg yolks from eggs and eat only the whites. Or if you really want to get pure about it, become vegan and remove all animal products from your diet. This will lower your cholesterol and protect you against heart disease and cancer, as well.
