Peace of mind, healthy body, friends and family, food, success in all that you do. Happiness is how you define it, if one's expectations are lower, one will be more happy and have more surprises :)

Sometimes just the simple things you do everyday can be something that makes you happy. For example, reading a book in your room when everything's quiet and you don't have to think about anything else but that book... or do you play an instrument or like to sing (even if you don't sound good)? ... listening to your favorite music, Or maybe just sitting in bed at the end of the day and finally being able to rest... Or maybe just being around a certain person makes you happy? Hope this helps a little bit...

A nice hot bubble bath filled to the rim. Mmmmm....so soothing!
The sun coming out after a storm, and a beautiful Rainbow appear. So refreshing and full of hope!
An amazing sunset on the oceans water. Something about it is so peaceful and comforting.
A brand new, bright & beautful sunrise... no better way to start your day!!!
Seeing kids play, hold hands, giggle, and whisper in eachothers ears. They are so innocent and friendly... and it brings back many of my own great childhood memories.
Having a tiny little baby look up into your eyes in amazement at you. Just looking into their face makes you realize you are looking at a miracle.
Coming home to my loyal, faithful, and super-sweet dog. It may sound silly, but she loves me no matter what, gives me unconditional love, and never asks too many questions!
lol
Going out to lunch with some of my friends just to talk about the good times and find out the new "gossip".
When you see youth these days actually have respect for their elders and show a sincere appreciation for them as well.
Reading a good bood with an awesome ending.
Snuggling up with someone that you truly love, who loves you back just as much...... and THAT, my friend, is always the best feeling in the world!!!!

Watching snowflakes out side my window. Biting into a watermelon in the summertime.
Laughing so hard that you cry. Watching little children and their innocent ways and remembering my childhood.
Walking the the door of my house and taking my shoes off after a long day of work. Getting a card for know reason.
Knowing that I truely have helped someone or made someone feel good.
Giggling about something that happened hours, days, years earlier that no one else around you really knows about.
Watching my dog chase her tail.

- Watching the latest episode of my fave TV show
- Going shopping on a weekend without limiting myself to a bugdet *sounds fun, doesnt it"
- Going to bed and knowing that the next morning I don't have to wake up early
- Playing hide & seek with my 1 1/2 yr old nephew, I am happy when I see him get excited and smile

I wish I knew what would make me happy. Of course I'm talking about true happiness and not the superficial false happiness you're talking about writing.
Maybe you should mention what it is about these things that make you happy. Instead of saying "tv makes me happy" (ooh a whooole sentence), you could say "tv makes me happy because... I like to use it as an escape from my stress, it's fun to find out what's going on with my favorite celebrities, and on and on". See a much much better sentence that will lead to another sentence and eventually a paragraph.

Happiness is attained by people that have what they want and need. So, what makes you happy is telling someone what you want and need in your life to feel happy. Just write about that stuff. Three paragraphs will be easy, cause you are talking about things you like and things that make you smile, feel loved, supported, taken care of in general.

Happiness is a state of mind....love of your close ones can give you immense happiness.Patching up with a friend with whom you had a fallout long back can bring a smile on your face.Meeting that special someone who you have been waiting for long can make your heart skip. Picking up the right accessories once you are at a shopping spree can give you a sense of satisfaction....

True Happiness for me is when I've had a full day and there's a beautiful sunset in the western sky.
Or when all my bills are paid and I still have more than $10.00 in my pocket!!
watching my grandchildren playing "HAPPILY" together! Or when a Friend calls and says " I really need your advice, You always give me good advice!" When my house is clean and I can "go out and play"!

Pampering myself out or at home. Giving myself a facial, taking a long hot tub bath surrounded my lavender scented candles (no lights on)bubble bath, and a CD on to listen to calming sounds. I even sometimes use a sound machine (oceans, rain, etc.) I just float my worries away. Also something cold to drink weather it be diet Pepsi or a cold beer. When I get out put on lavender baby powder and lotion and slather a rich cream on feet, put on a pair of socks and let them soften up. Then putting on my over sized robe and just relaxing.
