You should play up your best feature.. If it is your lips, then YES.. If it isnt then you will look like a cheap ho!

Uhm, if you want to look like a Christina Aguilera wannabe. I suggest a berry/dark red instead, kind of festive and i think its sexier than bright red.

Sexy? We each have our own opinion of what looks sexy & what don't so remember to please your self & not look for ways to please anyone else. Complimenting your face depends on your hair color, skin tone, The color of your eyes & what look you are going for. An old rule of thumb.... professional advise...Less always looks better when it come to makeup.
applied wrong can make you look older, tacky & unflattering. Play with different colors on your lips, etc. Keep in mind your reflection in the mirror is not personal so take a look at your self at a glance, don’t study the results when trying out a new look.

No. It's played out. Try a dark smokey eye with light glossy lips. Think Pam Anderson...I know I know...but the color scheme is really great on blondes.

No. Bright red does not match your hair coloring, and will make you look cheap, like you're trying too hard. Try pinks, or corals, depending on your complexion.

Yes it will...think Marilyn Monroe. Just make sure your teeth are white enough. Red lipstick can make your teeth look very yellow....not sexy at all
