When I have panic attacks I take kava kava, drink chamomille, or take some other OTC herbal pills, like ex-Stress. Calcium and othe minerals are also helpful in relaxation. I know a lot of people are suspicious of natural remedies, but as one with anxiety/bipolar disorders, I can attest to the effectiveness of many of the things you can find at a GNC or health store.

i'm a spelling contestant held last Friday. a few minutes before it we decided to put a coin in our shoe. during the contest, little by little our nervousness fade. and... our section got the first place! i just don't know if the coin is effective or we really just studied hard. but we only studied hours before.... well, it's up to you.
