When I have panic attacks I take kava kava, drink chamomille, or take some other OTC herbal pills, like ex-Stress. Calcium and othe minerals are also helpful in relaxation. I know a lot of people are suspicious of natural remedies, but as one with anxiety/bipolar disorders, I can attest to the effectiveness of many of the things you can find at a GNC or health store.
