You're fine. It's hormones, and hormones do weird things to our bodies. They make us tired, cranky, sore, and emotional. Are you stressed out because you ARE preganant or are you stressed out because you MIGHT be pregnant? If you are pregnant, well congrats! If you might be, well then take a test, then go to the doctor.
Try alternating a heating pad with ice packs. This sometimes helps me.

It is completely normal to have sore breast during pregnancy, I've done it twice. If you are feeling a tender lump in your breast, it could be a clogged milk duct, they are very uncomfortable. Warm compresses helped me deal with clogged milk ducts. They also say that cabbage leaves can help with that but I have never tried. Just do a search for clogged milk duct remedies and try some of those out. I stress out during pregnancy a lot too, just try to relax and enjoy the process and don't be afraid to call you doctor and ask questions.

Why are you stressing? What you are feeling is perfectly normal. Have you gone to the doctors? if so, how many weeks are you ? make sure you have some great support, cause you will need it. And don't stress, being pregnant is a wonderful thing.
Enjoy it. Unfortunaltley...the morning sickness is the bad part. just remember....it goes away....

Well it's called pregnancy. It's all normal. Your emotions will go all crazy too. Nothing to worry about. It's just hormones.

Honey, if it surprises you that your breasts are tender during pregnancy, you may not be intelligent enough to raise a child.

don't worry that's perfectly normal because your breast are developing now that you are having a bay and they are growing milk inside them and getting more mature. so don't worry it happens to all women.
