No, a messy house is definitely a turnoff. I think women usually prefer a guy that looks like he can take care of himself and his home.

What makes you think that is rugged? Messy may not be the word you were looking for. Messy is just not good. Ever. Shows a lack of respect for the individual you are allowing into your home. Especially if it is their first visit to your home.

I'm not going to speak for all women, but i don't like a man with a messy house. it doesn't make them look "rugged." it makes them look lazy and sloppy. a house that looks like that should have roaches and other things in there house, and that is not attractive, nor sexy. a house like that makes you look like a slob who barley's showers, it's not cute.

Definitely keep it clean.... It's very unattractive to walk into a guy's house when it's gross and messy.

Messy hair is ok but a messy house is not! In my opinion it shows that he's irresponsible and a slacker.

OK... We do not want to be with someone who can not even keep their house clean... We see it as maybe your mother did everything for you when you lived at home meaning you are just looking for someone to do all your dirty work like your mother used to... It does not look good at all... Neither does revolting personal hygiene... It tells us you do not give a **** about anyone but yourself...
